How are employees paid?

When the name of an employee appears on our roster, we would arrive at a suitable hourly rate for that particular employee depending on that person's qualifications and our negotiations with him/her.

However, that does not mean any payment will be made to the said person. Payments are ONLY made when the employee ACTUALLY does some work for us. Hence the employee has to be very disciplined and maintain a proper time-log that will have to be submitted to us. Any time spent by the employee due to incorrect usage or misunderstanding of the assigned task will be deducted from the time log of the employee.

We'll do a check of the time sheet and make payments on a fortnightly basis as per the time that is finally arrived at. As our employees will be concurrently online along with the management while rendering a service, we do not forsee too much problems in determining the time spent by any employee doing a particular service, as we shall also have chat logs to support/refute the submitted time sheet.

The actual payment process will use net banking facilities in India or by PayPal (for employees outside India). All processing fee incurred for such transactions will be borne by SFA. If the employee does not have any Indian net banking or PayPal facilities then we'll post a regular check to the person.

All transactions would be conducted in Indian Rupees. SFA cannot handle any currency conversion issues as currency conversion rates change practically minute-by-minute. However, it must be pointed out that Indian Rupee is quite robust and stable. Lately, it has even started gaining on the US Dollar -- so it is most likely that foriegn employees would be gaining because of being paid in Indian Rupee.
