Refund Policy


1. GENERAL
All refunds would be based on the
actual money that was paid to us, and NOT on the price that is indicated for a
product. For example; a product may be priced at Indian Rupees 5000 but in some
situations, we may have sold it to a client for Indian Rupees 2500. If that
client invokes this refund policy, then the refund would be calculated using
Indian Rupees 2500 and NOT Indian Rupees 5000.

After the arrival of the correct refund amount, we would definitely send you
the money within 15 (Fifteen) days. Refund amounts will bear no interest
whatsoever.

Currency:
All calculations would done using Indian Rupee only.
Approximately 45.53 Indian Rupee is 1 USD (on 13th December, 2003)

1. Refund the cost of a product:
All products developed by us comes
with money-back gurantees. That means, you can get back either the full or some
part of the money you paid for any of our products, depending on certain
conditions described in this document. To start the process of refund, you would
have to send an email to us from the same email explicitly stating that
you want to stop using the product. To determine the authenticity of the email,
we may request you (on case-to-case basis) to support that email with some kind
of material evidence regarding your identity (such as a physical letter from
your office, etc.) and how that identity is deemed to be the legal owner of the
said product. The amount that may be returned back for any product is as per the
following guidelines:

If intimation is given to us within 8 (EIGHT) days of placement of
order:



  • In case of credit card purchases, the entire amount can be refunded back
    to you provided the license code to use the product has not been
    supplied to you. If the license code had been issued, then 25% (Twenty Five
    percent) of the cost of the product would be retained by us and only the
    balance 75% (Seventy Five Percent) would be returned.
  • In case of Net Banking purchases (applicable only for Indians), 95%
    (Ninety Five Percent) of the total amount can be refunded back to you
    provided the license code to use the product has not been supplied to
    you. If the license code had been issued, then a further 25% (Twenty Five
    percent) of the cost of the product would be retained by us and only the
    balance 70% (Seventy percent) would be returned.
If intimation is
given to us AFTER 8 (EIGHT) days of placement of order:



  • A 5% cancellation charge would be levied on to you for any kind of
    purchase (Credit card or Net Banking) and from the balance, 25% would be
    retained by us for each month or part thereof from the time of placement of
    order and the balance would be returned back to you. For example; if you
    bought something on 29th of June and you want to cancel it on 30th of July
    then we would deduct 55% ( 5% as cancellation charges + 25% for the period
    between 29th June and 28th July, which constitutes the first month and 25% for
    the period between 29th July to 30th July which constitutes part of the second
    month).

    In short, approximately after four months we would not be in a
    position to refund any amount back to you as everything will be deducted.
2. Refund of balance monies for services:
Unless otherwise
noted, all services will have to be prepaid as per a rough estimate of the
amount of money required to render the said service. Refunds are NOT available
for any service that has already been rendered by us. In short, if we carried
out any service for you it would be deducted from the amount you paid us
initially.

However, any money left over after the completion of the said service or due
to its stoppage for any reason, will be returned back to you.

Refunding Methods:
All refunds will be sent to you using one of the
following methods:


  • a PayPal account belonging to you (in case of international clients) or
  • by check written out in Indian Rupees (in case of international or Indian
    clients) or
  • by a eCheque from our ICICI Bank account to any ICICI Bank account in any
    city in India (in case of Indian clients) or
  • by an eChecque from our ICICI Bank account to any Bank account
    across these 8 cities in India: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad,
    Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur and New Delhi. (in case of Indian clients)
